Newnham Constructions is built on three generations of craftsmanship, commitment, and pride. Founder and CEO Frank Newnham has spent more than 40 years in the building industry and is a third-generation family builder, continuing a legacy that began in the early 1960s.
His grandfather, Kevin Newnham, constructed homes across Sydney, followed by his father, Reginald, who built residential properties along Australia's east coast throughout the 1970s.
At just 15 years old, Frank began his apprenticeship under his father's guidance, learning the foundations of quality building, precise carpentry, and the importance of doing things properly.
Those early years shaped the builder Frank would become — one known for integrity, skill, and an unwavering focus on delivering exceptional results.
In 1985, Frank moved his family to the Gold Coast and officially established Newnham Constructions. What started as a small family operation has grown into one of the region's most trusted Gold Coast construction companies, known for delivering custom homes, renovations, extensions, insurance building repairs, and commercial construction projects across Queensland.
